As a part of my healthy lifestyle, I’m always on the hunt for a healthy meal idea. Sharing my own meals on Instagram is to be expected. Eating the same meals over and over can get boring, which is why I love to see what others are eating. I can eat the same meals during the week, but not from week to week. Did that make sense? lol! In this particular meal, I went for tilapia, cauliflower, black beans, and quinoa. Portion control is something that I try to keep in mind. Eating from bowls, rather than plates helps a lot!
Simplicity is important to me when making meals since my time is very limited.
- Thaw and rinse fillets.
- Heat your George Forman Grill and spray with oil.
- Squeeze lemon juice on your fish.
- Season with no salt seasoning.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes on medium (if you have temp control). Grill 2-3 minutes if you don’t have the temp control. I like to burn my fish a tad bit for a little crunch.
