About a week ago, I went to Target to purchase some dog food and a candle. As I was walking, I heard some ladies talking about the clearance section. Since I’m nosey as hell, I had to check it out for myself. I always forget about the clearance section which is located in the very back of my local Target. Our clearance section consisted of quite a few racks categorized by size. I was surprised!
As I dug, I realized that there were a lot of pieces in the wrong section. With that being said, I dug in every size so I wouldn’t miss out on anything. This is what I came up with……all lace pieces.
The infamous black dress was retailed at $27.99 but was on sale for $8.38. I normally wear a size medium but could only find a small. It does fit more snug than my norm, but it doesn’t look trashy. The length is what sold me. I could wear this to date night, meeting, funeral, or an event. A black dress is a staple in every wardrobe.
Next up is this cute little flirty, babydoll dress. This dress would be perfect to wear when the weather warms up. I could see myself matching it with some black heels or sandals with gold accessories. $24.99 was the regular price, but was marked down to $7.48.
Last, is this little skirt that I just could not pass up. It retailed at $22.99, but was on sale for $6.88. Since the skirt has texture with the layer of lace, I could see pairing her with a bodysuit or a crop top. I would totally bring out the nude.
Do not sleep on Target’s clearance section! You may have to dig, but that’s the fun part. Think of it as treasure hunting. As you can see, they cut off more than half off of the retail price. I would say that it’s worth a little more of your time. What piece do you like the most? Which one should I feature first?
