Meal prep is too easy when you’re not eating meat. For the next few days, I’m fixing a quick stir fry. For ingredients, I’m adding a few bell peppers, mushrooms, and kale together. I will be adding that with some brown rice to make it fulfilling. Last, I’m topping the mixture with an egg for protein. I like my egg a little runny where it can serve as a sauce. When I’m at work, I use this to cook my eggs in the microwave. Since I’m trying to build muscle tone without eating meat, I’m also taking a supplement called techui which is 100% Spirulina powder. Basically, it’s a ton of protein. I decided a few weeks ago to stop adding meat to all of my meals…… I’m over it. Read more about it here. I ate meat one time in the last two weeks and it was a small cheeseburger from MacDonald’s. Yes, it was my cheat meal. Have an amazing week!
