For the last few weeks, I went hard in the gym. At one point, my body even hit ketosis! I was there almost every day. My arms and shoulders are now more defined, which I’m excited about. Even though my body has been bomb (yes, I just said that) my mood started get in a funk. After realizing why, going to the gym every day is no longer a priority. I’ve pulled back to going about 3 times a week.
Now, I’m leveling out. I don’t want to get super masculine or skinny. My goals are simply to maintain what I’ve worked hard for. My body is a little toned with no bellyfat. I can stay here at this point, completely satisfied. I may still throw on a waist trainer or some type of shapewear to enhance my shape in an outfit. It all depends on the outfit and occasion.
I still swear by my sweet sweat workout trainer. It’s amazing and it makes you sweat out the yuckyness. When using the cream, you’ll get even better results! I have been trying other health products such as fat fighters, protein, and greens. More about that later. I’m still testing them out.
