Why My Belly Fat Came Back
Do you workout for a few months, start looking good, slow down, then eventually quit? Do you have only one cheat meal that turns into a cheat day? Are you tired on some days and just don’t feel like putting forth an effort? Have you gotten sick and was out for a week then fell off? I can personally relate to each and everyone of these reasons for quitting. My last cycle of working out was the best I’ve ever been. The abs were flat and I was feeling muscle. The holidays came and things got real busy. One evening, I sprung my ankle which brought my workouts to a halt. Needless to say, my meal choices weren’t the best during that time either. Thank goodness for fat fighters. I felt so frustrated because I wanted to workout (run), but couldn’t. Nothing could be done until my ankle was completely healed. My belly fat came back. I felt sluggish. My mood was horrible. I had to pray for patience.
Back On It
Now that my ankle is
completely mostly healed, I’ve been back on it. I must say it feels so damn good. I still can feel a little pain in the ankle so I’m taking it easy on the running (slower and shorter distance). My goal is to go workout five times a week, but let’s be realistic. That probably won’t happen every week. Aiming higher will cause you reach higher places. Click To Tweet Before, my goal was three times a week and you know what happened? Sometimes I didn’t even reach that.
It’s okay if you’re not on the level that you want to be on. Start where you need to and work your way up. Any progress is better than no progress. Click To Tweet I consider myself in the intermediate category of health and fitness because of my training in the military. Before that, I couldn’t run or do an pushups. It’s all about working your way up, being patient, and staying consistent. Don’t compare yourself to the Instagram fitness gurus. Just look at them as motivation.
Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer
My problem area is my belly along with most women. When my belly fat came back, I knew it was time to get serious again. Sweet Sweat is by far the best workout waist trimmer I’ve every used. What I love is that the waist trimmer doesn’t have to be super tight to be effective. It’s comfortable and doesn’t get in the way of my body movements during workout. The sweat literally pours out of your body. I noticed results almost a week after using it during my runs. The moment after a run where I peel the trainer off is my favorite part of the workout. (Why do I peel it off in slow motion though? lol!) It’s like revealing a new belly every time!
