Good day beauties! If you are a bookworm like myself, you are going to love today’s post. I’m always shopping for books and sometimes end up spending a ton of money. I was sharing one of my hauls previously and one of my readers introduced me to Thriftbooks. Of course, I had to check it out and yaaaaasssss! I am in love! Thriftbooks has over 7 million books to pick from ranging in a number of categories. There is even the bestsellers section which I always check out first. Thriftbooks also offer deals such as: 2 for $7, 3 for $10 or 4 for $12. That’s almost getting books for free!
I have purchased books from local thriftstores which is awesome, but sometimes I don’t feel like digging through a ton of books to find an interesting read. It is so much more convenient shopping for cheap books online. I know what you’re thinking….yeah Delabelle, but what about shipping? Shipping is only .99 and free if you spend over $10. How you like that honey? If you are a bookworm or want to start reading more, don’t go spending a ton of money on books. The only reason I would buy a new book is if it’s a new release of a specific book that I am looking for to keep in my collection such as my Dave Ramsey books. I guess I’m like that because I use those more as reference books and I’m not just reading and tossing them to the side.
Thriftbooks also has a few incentives. For every $50 that you spend, you will get $5 in reward bucks. There is also has a Tell a friend program. The following comes directly from the website.
“Send a 15% off coupon to anyone who loves to read and save. Enter as many email addresses as you want, separated by commas, and they’ll each get the offer. You will also receive a coupon for every friend that places their first order within 14 days of coupon receipt. BUT, if you’re a member of our Reading Rewards program, you’ll get a 20% coupon…”
Thriftbooks don’t just sell cheap online books either. They also work to make a difference. I love that in a company.
- 1+ million books donated worldwide.
- 2.5+ million ex-library books has found a home.
- 200+ million books saved from landfills.
Again, I totally recommend utilizing Thriftbooks. They offer cheap online books that must pass a quality control test. Shipping is cheap or free depending how much you spend. There is no membership requirements. Thriftbooks also saves you time and energy from digging in piles of used books at local thiftstores. Last, there are a few incentives that you and your friends could benefit from. Do I need to say anything else good about this site?
