This is seriously my view! I decided to skip the gym today to get some blog work done. The kids are still in daycare so I can have silence (besides the tv in the background). Since I started blogging daily, you would think that I would run out of things to talk about, but clearly I have a lot to say lol!!! I have so many pictures in my phone and on my memory cards, it’s crazy.
I often like to eat breakfast for dinner. It’s quick and I don’t feel as heavy afterwards. Notice that there isn’t any bread on this plate! I almost literally stop eating bread about two months ago and I’ve notice a huge difference in my shape. I have been following the Atkins diet (not precisely). If you aren’t familiar with it, you eat very low carbs and high fats. My body loves it!
On another note, the hubby will be in his friend’s wedding Saturday, so I have to find something for us to wear (Jellybean & I). The hubby went got his suit yesterday so he’s good to go. I’ll keep you posted and of course take a few pictures. Take care!
